One of the responsibilities of DogStar Properties Inc. is the maintenance and management of its properties. Good management and maintenance translates into healthy buildings and happy tenants. DogStar Properties Inc. has partnered with JR Contracting to provide quality maintenance on all our rental units. In addition to their timely and cost efficient services, JR Contracting provides quality, independent renovations.
Since 1994, JR Contracting has been family owned and operated, providing quality renovation services to homes throughout the Halton Region.

Our team can handle every aspect of the renovation project including design work, planning & logistics, ordering components & materials, contracting sub-trades as required and the expense accounting. If needed, we can be involved on a limited basis of strictly removal and construction.
We are a versatile and creative team that has the skills to complete all interior renovation projects with a need to hire very few sub-trades.
